Returns Policy

Norbreck Aquatics Returns Policy is inline with " (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at

1. In the event that broken goods are received, notification should be emailed within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

2. In the event that the consumer decides that the goods ordered are not what he or she wanted, an email must be sent to us within 3 days of receipt, that you would like to cancel the order that the goods are being returned in unused and "New" condition (if there is a seal on the box and this is broken it will not be classed as returned in "New" Condition and a charge will be made). we will issue you with a returns number. We cannot accept returns without this number.We will also then notified you of the returns address. On receipt of the goods (In unused and "New" condition), Norbreck Aquatics undertake to refund the purchase price less the delivery cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return of the goods.

3. All goods on the Web Site are guaranteed for a minimum of one year from the date of delivery (With the exception of perishables e.g. fish food). Where this period is longer e.g. for pond liners and pond pumps the guarantee is stated on the website. In the event of goods becoming faulty within the specified guarantee period, notification should be sent to us  that your is returning the goods and you should state the reason for returning them and quoting our order number(* proof of purchase should be included with the returned item. This is now mandatory by all our suppliers and we cannot do anything under the guarantee without it). The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Norbreck Aquatics undertakes to repair or replace these goods (99.99 % of goods returned under guarantee are replaced with new goods) and redeliver them free of charge. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
