The Filtral is a compact submersible filter with a built in Ultra Violet light, ideal for installations where external filters are not possible or not wanted. The Filtral features 4 different filter media - 2 different grades of filter foams allowing excellent solid removal, Bio-cores and filter stone. Mounted internally in the unit is the Ultra Violet light to flocculate the green water algae to help produce crystal clear water. The built in indicator light lets you know when the light is on. This compact design avoids the need for messy hose runs and simplifies the electrically installation, with only one connection required. The water exits through the top outlet which includes an adjustable outlet connection, pivoting telescopic extension
The Oase filteral is a long awaited all in one pump and filter for ponds up to 5000 Litres. The filteral Is a compact filter UV and pump all fully submersible and easy to use, it is ideal for small ponds with or without fish.
There is only one power cable (10m) out of the filteral. In addition the filteral comes complete with Oase clear water guarantee which means that the filteral is a worry free package.

How it Works
Because the PFX filters are pressurised they maintain the flow of water through them. This means that water exiting the filter can run uphill. They can therefore be positioned in the ground, or below a waterfall. This allows them to be hidden more easily.
The backflush feature allows you to very quickly and simply remove trapped debris from the filter, without having to strip it down. You simply turn the switch to backflush and run the dirty water to waste. Unlike other self-cleaning filters, the backflush facility completely reverses the flow of water, making cleaning much more effective.

These "New" pond filters have been designed with the pond keeper in mind. They are pressurised so do not rely on gravity to feed the water back to the pond. They can therefore be situated in the garden below the pond level or in a shed, greenhouse or garage.
A flow indicator on the filters tells you when the filter needs cleaning. They do not have to be taken to pieces to clean. There is a second outlet on the top of the filter for back flushing. This is normally laid in the garden so that when the filter is back flushed you feed your plants with high nitrates as well.
Using the control valve on top, you set it to back flush. The water is then pumped backwards through the filter sponges to clean them out. Also there is a handle on the top that lifts up to squeeze the dirt out of the sponges.
